Groove to Stillness
1 hour guided improvisation dance class that ends with a meditation practice.
It is an invitation to explore new movement, to let go and break patterns.
During this 1 hour mindful workout, we explore different movement qualities,
going from soft, fluid and effortless movement, to stretching and to intense, energetic movement,
as well as combining different movement qualities at the same time. 
Very diverse and stimulating music is being used to support the different movement explorations. 
Every mover is free to adapt to his/her own effort and ‘movement volume’.
We move alone, connect with ourselves and others, and share the space with the group.
